BORDEN HOUSE PRESS was named after the house on Borden Street, at the edge of downtown Toronto, where Richard Gilbert and his family had lived for forty-five years at the time BHP was founded.

BHP was established to publish Skinner’s Quests by Richard Gilbert. Its scope may soon be extended to accommodate other authors’ works, fiction and non-fiction, in electronic and print formats.
