Rummaging through the archives of the National Army Museum

Anyone living in the London area or visitors planning genealogical research might be interested in historical records of the Duke of York's School held in the National Army Museum Archives. The School transferred a large body of records to the National Archives early in 2003 and some of these as well as copies of others were deposited in the archives of the National Army Museum. The web site of the National Army Museum is to be found at http://www.national-army-museum.ac.uk

School records held in the archives are registered in three categories: PUPILS, MEDICAL and GENERAL.
